A young version of the Original Lager pulled fresh off the horizontal layering tank and served from a gravity keg.

I had a pour from a gravity keg 1/4/24 @ the Hopleaf.
Semi-opaque yellow appearance.
A big off-white head; strong lacing remained.
Raw wheat, honey & faint orange peel notes in the nose.
Soft, medium mouthfeel.
Honeyed cereal grain, soft wheat & a hint of lemon on the palate.
Bright yet soft; incredibly drinkable. Better than the finished product? Crazy to imagine but it might be true.
