Pale yellow with a modest white head. Aroma is faint grain notes. Taste is not bad but hard to pin down. Again, the best I can do is to say it's slightly grainy and grassy with hints of lemon. It's also fairly dry. Body is light and crisp.
A pretty decent beer but not among my favorites from Goldfinger.

Pours an unfiltered pale yellow cooor with a fluffy, rocky white head that lingers and provides lots of lacing. Beautiful Frühlingsbier (or Zwickelbier if you prefer).
The nose features doughy white bread and grassy noble hop aromas, with a very subtle spicy note, all of which are replicated on the taste. Delicious.
The mouthfeel is light and very crisp, on point for this incredibly drinkable lager from an exceptional brewery the excels in all things lager.
