Pours an effervescent gold with one finger of eggshell colored head. Decent head retention & lacing
S: Breadyness, perfumy hops, lovely nose
T: Breadyness, grainyness, a touch of soapyness. plus herbal bitterness & dryness up front. Grainy notes, soapy & lemon hops, plus dryness as this beer warms, just a little bready sweetness as well. Finishes dry, with pronounced herbal bitterness & just a touch of lemon
MF: Medium body, fairly firm carbonation. good balance
