Pours an effervescent amber/ caramel with a pinky of sand colored head. Some lacing & head retention
S: Faint toastyness, figs
T: Toasty, a little caramel, dryness, woody hops & a little brown bread up front. Dry, toasty with a caramel kiss, just a little fig and date as well, plus leafy & woody hops once this beer warms up. Finishes dry, toasty with leafy hops & just a little brown sugar
MF: Medium body, subdued carbonation, carbonation builds back as this beer warms
A very good Bock, perhaps a little too dry? Still very drinkable
