Bright copper colored beer, served with a tan head that never went away. Sweet, lightly hopped aroma. Taste is intially sweet, but a nice hop note charges in quickly. Slightly buttery, with a good biscuit malt character. Very smooth mouthfeel. Aftertaste is well balanced, presenting both malt and hop flavors. The drinkability is excellent. This beer was immensely enjoyable. They are supposedly considering having this one around on a regular basis. I think they should stop considering and just do it! This was the best beer they had to offer.
