Staffelberg-Bräu

Wow. I have always wanted to visit here, so we did today. As I walked around, the (retired) brewer suggested I go into the restaurant and look at their offerings. As they were brewing today, he showed that the spent grain was still edible (most likely on a lark!). They have about three on tap at a time, the rest in bottles. This brewery also does Craft Bier --- German style! There were several styles available... The rooms are also well maintained and clean. Nice place, nice family!
