Appearance - The beer was golden in color with a white head.
Smell - The nose was sweet with banana yeast.
Taste - This was a great sweet Belgian. Candy sugar and bananas set the tone. There was a little bitterness, but it was warming. The sweetness lingered into the aftertaste.
Mouthfeel - The feel was not as clingy as it should be, but it was smooth.
Overall - in a world of hazy IPAs, it’s nice to have a good Belgian.
