500ml bottle from Peebles, Scotland:
Hazy golden to amber with a 2cm, foamy white head & a bit of sediment throughout the body too. It's sharp d crisp on the nose with pale malts, corn & a surprisingly boozy aroma for the strength of the beer, with some bread to finish. The taste is harsher with some of the boozy flavours carrying over from the nose, there's more pale malts & biscuit with a faint sweetness without any flavours really dominating until a moderate bitterness comes through at the end. It's a very one dimensional beer with a medium body & average carbonation but the balance wasn't particularly good sadly.
