simplicity at its finest here, another basic but nicely executed beer, we had several like this in here, the less is more thing really happening for them in a lot of these. this is just clean, fresh, crackery pils malt meeting noble hops with a light lime note to them on the back end in addition to some more familiar herbal bitterness. its yellow beer, its snapping dry, and its got great carbonation through a very light body, so this is meant to refresh, i feel like one good slug lowers my body temperature considerably, and i didnt even start hot or anything, something almost polar about this its so clean, a high compliment in a beer like this, clearly designed successfully to be a total ripper regardless of season. its not light enough to feel watery, the bubbles wont let it, and its not so hoppy as to be repelling to those opposed, although its pretty assertive there. i like the minerals coming through, the crispness this has, and how clean and patient the lagering seems to be, even though the yeast strain is pretty subtle, a common theme across a handful of their beers. probably my favorite of the many we had in here, would be awesome with spicy food, or the pizza they make in here, i will have to carve out time to eat next time through!
