Murky lime green. Coconut aroma and flavor dominates the pineapple and lime. A bit less coconut in flavor lets some lime show through. Good fruit/tart balance. Light to medium bodied and refreshing.

For the drinker who prefers piƱa colada over that of beer, then Woven Water has an ale for them.
Pouring strikingly turquoise and dense with a milky appearance, Blue Hawaiian Fusion bubbles away with a caldron of mysterious clumping ability. As the scent of tropical fruit and cream align on the nose, there's also a tangy scent of white wine and cider that emits through the fruit. Sweet and sassy in taste, its a fructose leading sweetness that comes with notions of taffy, simple syrup and sweet cream.
As the fruits unfold on the middle palate, its the pineapple and coconut that take center stage as the hawaiian punch character starts to take shape. A tangy undercurrent of lime, green apple, lemon, gooseberry and white grape add a tangy flavor to sharpen the sweeter fruit flavors as the ale nears finish.
Full bodied for sour ale but with just enough acidity to provide balance and drinkability, this sugar soaked sour ale has a semblance of drinkability with a creamy and fruity aftertaste that's very much like mixed drinks.
