A - Pours a deep brown with an extremely thin tan head.

S - Aroma is vanilla, caramel, raisins and heavy bourbon.

T - The taste is caramel, toffee, vanilla, oak, piney hops and a nice warming bourbon finish.

M - Full body with medium carbonation. Syrupy mouthfeel with a slick dry finish.

O - This is top notch

Sweet caramel-honey malty, sweet vanilla, and a vanilla bourbon barrel nose on this one! Lotsa vanilla on the nose! Taste follows with the caramel and sweet vanilla notes upfront...and then, a prominent, bourbon boozy finish. Initially, the vanilla is well-integrated here...as it opens up, though, some floral vanilla bitter notes start to appear. This feels nice and viscous on the palate...this gets better as it warms. This is good stuff!
