Barrel aged Imperial Stout conditioned on cocoa nibs, toasted walnuts, vanilla, and marshmallow. Aged in a blend of Willett Rye + 10 Year Buffalo Trace Barrels.

Poured a black body with minimal khaki head and about no lace. Aroma is very much like a chocolate bar, and the beer itself, which is heavy bodied, has a taste like cocoa powder yet somehow is a little fluffy. There is a boozy woodiness to beer as well and then a real hard finish which makes beer a very slow sipper.
