Double Barrel Cosmic Echoes finished in a single barrel selection Buffalo Trace cask. Smooth drinker here, with chocolate, caramel, almond, and dark cherry coming through

Look - Pours a very dark blackish brown color, with almost no head that immediately disappears.
Smell - Dark fruit, bourbon, and cacao.
Taste - Bourbon, dark fruit, and cacao.
Feel - VERY easy drinking for a 17.6%ABV ale. A really nice mouthfeel overall.
Overall - I found this to be a very nice strong ale.

A: There are Byzantium highpoints with a plum undertone upon the dark raisin discharge, as the decant welcomes oxidation. Sequentially, a .12 dm neckline that has tan colorization, while a Tuscan brown ridge forms across 5 ds at a around .05 dm. An output that segregates proficiently in the long run, where the latticework becomes obsolete post the inaugural churns. Thereafter, a C₂H₆O reaction to steadily net in stages, for optimizing the wine arches
S: A fermentable sugar adherence that parallels the degraded constituent sugars over time, when considering the vatted structure to the amylase mechanics (e.g. molecule breakdowns). Vanilla is addressed through vanillin, which takes a controlled presence under the caramel connotations, while inflicting chocolate above almond bark. Correspondingly, the buffalo trace cask works to the diastatic enzyme conversions, as the data transmits a soft mint tone through spiced woods. A movement that begins to fine tune polymers, by way of furfurals + maltols, while blackstrap riders succumb lactone sentiments. Namely, coconut through lipid cubes, as the oak composition perseveres in a responsive manner. The impressions continue on to draw resemblances near Babka & Bremer Klaben, as hydrolysable substances column the starch-to-sugar conversions. There is a Tawny Port calling, when fractioning open air across hour(s), which furthers the caramel backings over Castlebrite apricots & cherry cordials. Notwithstanding, a 4-Methylguaiacol acceptance on spice, before a guaiacol taking on anthracite. These borders have a eugenol assist per a clove correspondence, when concentrating the lignin degradations industriously. In this design, the postscripts are met with parched sheepskins, and weathered calfskins, while maintaining an enzyme complication over the candied red fruits
M: An ardent sensibility on C₂H₆O at inception, which is relatively calm across time. A warming narrative to disciplined carbonation, for providing a gentle surface that ducks under-attenuation. One that becomes progressively anhydrous, providing the control knob regulators on secondary phenolic metabolites
