Pours a dark reddish purple, with soft, pink head.
Smell is sweet and tart with notes of cherries, raspberries, black currants and custard.
Taste is sweet and tart with a hint of salt. The black currants take on a more dominating role here, along with the slight coarseness that currants have. Notes of raspberries and cherries are also in the mix, with just a hint of vanilla on the finish.
Mouthfeel is medium, creamy and well carbonated.
Overall, a terrific fruited gose, well rounded and balanced.
