The colour is pitch black, without any transparency. The head is dark brown, medium height, not very stable, gently swirling.
The aroma seems sweet, chocolatey, cocoa, with roasted and coffee notes. The aroma is strong and intense.
Surprisingly, the taste is sour and strongly bitter. The bitterness is obviously roasted coffee, but also chocolate with notes of pure cocoa.
The alcohol gently warms the throat. Low carbonation. High body, full. Velvety smooth, soft, sticky texture. Long sour and bitter finish.
