Pours a cloudy, creamed strawberry-rhubarb color with two fingers of pink-tinted head that settle fairly quickly into a messy crown that leaves modest lacing.
Big raspberry in the nose; lightly tart.
Raspberry continues to dominate the taste, with a nice balance of tartness and tanginess. Lightly puckering finish. If not entirely quaffable, it’s still quite easy-drinking for a sour.
Medium bodied with some soft zip to the carbonation.
I find raspberry is a fruit that’s easy for a lot of brewers to get wrong. It’s a great addition here. Very well crafted.
