13 Enero 2019. De Hipercor. Etiquetada como "Citrilla". En copa Teku. Jugando a Shadow over Mystara.

Neither good or bad.
Little head and no lacing.
Smell of banana wheat beer.
Taste mixture of a banana wheat bear and slight hops of pale ale. Unfortunately neither play well. It's a 1-2 pinch with not a subtle transition.
Would not buy again, but not bad to try if you like wheat beer.

Pours a slightly hazy, deep golden coloration with a small, fizzy head. Smells is dominated by a grainy wheat smell with just a hint of yeast and lime. Taste is quite hoppy, with moderate citrus notes of orange rind and lime. Some biscuity malt and wheat in the background, as well as a very slight, estery banana yeast note. Light bitterness coming through in the aftertaste, with a medium body and carbonation. This reminded me a LOT of Lagunitas Sumpin' Sumpin', which I'm almost sure it's modeled after, but has a slightly more pronounced wheat/yeast character, while being somewhat more lightly hopped. Still has a lot more in common with a Pale Ale than a traditional Hefeweizen though. The balance seems a litlle off, but still an enjoyable summer beer, I guess. I do still really prefer their APA and IPA though.

Lightly veiled orange, one finger of white foam so and so.
Smell of wheat, yeast, very light banana, light peach, and a citric note, something like lime.
And tropical notes, pineapple, mango.
As a summer beer, not bad at all. Fruity, thirst-quenching and pleasant.

From the bottle, it pours a hazy golden color with a modest (for a weizen) white head. Definite citrus in the nose. Definite citrus in the mouth along with the bread. Enjoyable!
