330ml bottle, poured into pint shaker.
A: Golden, hazy, small head which hung around for a while, left some lacing.
S: Farmyard funk and citrus hops, notes of grapefruit.
T: Grapefruit, some tangy citrus which gave way to a sharp lingering wheaty finish.
M: Moderate carbonation, light to medium body.
O: One of the better session pale ales, well balanced and interesting for the relatively low abv.

Pours a deep gold coloration with a medium, foamy head and slightly visible carbonation. Smells of light biscuity malt and citrus fruit: grapefruit, tangerine, and a hint of tropical fruit: mango, passion fruit, with light grassy, dank note as well. Taste follows the nose, being dominated by hoppy citrus notes of grapefruit and tangerine with lighter tropical notes of mango and passion fruit. Some light biscuity malt and a hint of grassy dankness coming through too, as well as a light chalkiness. Finishes with a light bitterness and a light dankness lingering in the aftertaste. Light body with medium/lively carbonation.
This seems to be M&F interpretation of the popular NE style Pale Ale, but it falls a little short due to not being quite zesty/juicy enough and also showing a light chalkiness and slightly watery body. Still nice enough at the price point, but there are much better examples available.
