Artbeer #2 - Stohead

Pours a mostly clear, pale golden coloration with a medium, frothy, lasting head and slightly visible carbonation. Smells of biscuity malt and citrus/tropical hops, with a hint of grass and cat piss. Taste follows the nose, with a decent balance of biscuity malt and somewhat floral, citrus/tropical hops, that have quite a boozy, and chalky/soapy character to them though, with strong notes of grass and lighter tangerine, mango and papaya. Finishes quite sweet, with a light bitterness and some chalky/soapy notes lingering in the aftertaste. Smooth mouthfeel with a medium body and carbonation.

While not necessarily a drainpour, I tossed most of it anyway because life is just too short to drink bad beer. Simply too sweet, floral boozy, chalky and soapy with the citrus/tropical hops failing to leave a distinct impression.
