A: Pale colour, slight haze, reasonably big head which hung around for a bit, left some lacing around the side of the glass.

S: Citrus hops, more IPA than Helles.

T: Grapefruit, starch, bit of sharpness.

M: Surprisingly thick texture, moderate carbonation.

O: A well made hoppy lager, one to recommend.

Dorada, con una espuma esponjosa de retención media. Ligera y de carbonatación media. Aroma cítrico y a lúpulo.

From the bottle, it pours a clear to ever so slightly hazy yellow golden color with a nice, long lasting white head that leaves lacing. In the nose, it is a bit grassy. In the mouth, it is pleasant and light tasting. It leaves a slight aftertaste.

Pours a clear, pale golden coloration with a medium, fluffy head. Smells of doughy, biscuity malt and grassy, citrus hops. Taste follows the nose, with a decent balance of doughy, biscuity malt and faint, grassy, citrus hops, with notes of lime peel and light herbal accents. Finishes with a light bitterness and dull hop notes lingering in the aftertaste. Thin mouthfeel with a light body and medium carbonation.

This almost seems more like an American Light Lager than a German Helles, with its light, watery body and dull, fleeting hop character complemented by equally dull, sweet'ish malt and a light bitterness in the finish. It's not actually terrible, just quite bland and boring, making for a decent lawnmower beer on a hot summer day, but hardly something that is truly enjoyable.

Pours an utmost pale yellow, slightly clouded color with a spongy, big head.

Smells of dried garden herbs waiting for a stew, together with a crackery quality and a whiff of dried lemon peel.

Has a very light, metallic body, rolling over the tongue with a fast pace.

Tastes of an aqueous dullness, amped up by an overly metallic carbonation spark, slowly allowing a timid bread rind note to the taste. Has a truly faint, short hop appearance, which immediately steps back for the watery nothingness to take over.

This ranges from boring to bad, exhibiting pretty much nothing but a one dimensional appearance of, well, water. Strange and unfullfilling.
