330ml bottle poured into La Chouffe chalice.
A: Pale amber, hazy, medium sized thick head which hung around for a bit, left some lacing.
S: Citrus hops, wasn't in your face but pleasant.
T: Followed the nose, hints of lime, finished with a lingering bitterness, fairly subtle.
M: Moderate carbonation, medium body.
O: A nice take on an IPA, not too hoppy or strong, but very drinkable.

Yields a slightly clouded pale golden color with a bigger, spongy head atop.
Aromas lead with a grass, orange peel and honey among light passion fruit and limes.
Has a light and refreshing mouthfeel with a very effervescent, stony carbonation.
Tastes of resin, a touch of limes, bread dough and slightly spicy hops among rustic grains with a touch of honey. Offers a well rounded bitterness during its mid palate, revealing a very well carbonated mouthfeel, with just enough malt backbone to maintain the beer‘s balance. Finishes with an aqueous softness and a touch of resinous, honey coated hops.
This is a very light IPA with not enough going on to convince me at all. Either it‘s abv should be lower, to be able to call it a session IPA or they should add a good amount of hops and malts to create more flavors.

Pours a fairly clear yellow with fine, soapy head.

Taste is crisp, fruity and a bit herbal. Notes of citrus, peach and pine with some floral hints and a soft bitterness.
Mouthfeel is medium with good carbonation.
Overall, a good IPA, easy to drink but not super exciting.
