Our Czech-Style lager is soft and balanced with Bohemian-grown ingredients. Using whole cone Saazer hops gives a flowery character that compliments the Czech-grown Moravian grains. We use old-world brewing techniques to make this beer true to style.

L: Pours a straw to pale gold color with a very minimal haze. The pour yields a finger of fine, white head with not much retention falling to a slight ring around the glass.
S: Malty-sweet, biscuit notes, and floral notes.
T: The palate follows the nose presenting sweet biscuity malt character that is cut with nice floral notes. The malty sweetness is not overbearing and is nicely balanced by a restrained hop bitterness.
F: Medium body with medium carbonation. The mouthfeel is smooth with a very light dryness on the finish.
O: Very good take on the style that is nicely balanced, but may lack a bit of complexity found in other versions. Recommended.
