Italian-Style Pilsner Lager 4.8% ABV
Our version of an unfiltered pilsner lager is dry-hopped and cold conditioned with natural carbonation through the German Speise technique. Showcasing Eraclea Pilsner malt (produced from premium barley grown near the Adriatic Sea, northeast of Venice) with a noticeable malty-sweet aroma and notes of honey as well as Saaz, Tettnanger, and Spalt Select hop.

On draught at NewSylum Brewery (guest tap).
Soft and malty, pleasant hop flavor.
Also nicely dry hopped, good nose.
Nice and smooth, crisp and clean finish.
A refreshing easy drinker.
