Drinking out of a pint glass at the brewery.
Pours a clear, dark mahogany with a red-brown tan head.
Smells of roasted malts, cocoa.
Smooth creamy mouth feel.
Tastes of cocoa, coffee

Can date smudged, I think it says 2022/07/26
Pours a foamy bubbly frothy 1.5 finger tan head with great retention, soapy lacing, dark almost lack color
Nose dark roasty malt but clean roast, coffee, a bit of chocolate, nutty coffee with that typical Irish roasted malt, faint fruity note
Taste more dark roasted malts, fairly roasty but again clean and not burnt, nutty coffee, baker's chocolate, bitter dark chocolate and dark roasted coffee, typical Irish stout roasted malt flavor, hint of caramel and baking spice, a bit of fruit, some bitterness from the roast and mild spicy hop, mostly dry finish, lingering roast and bitterness
Mouth is med bod, fair creamy, med foamy carb
Overall solid Irish Stout
