Moderate head which leaves an initial blanker of lace after the first sip. The lacing becomes streaky after that. The liquid is bright amber and is crystal clear.
Mild aroma of floral hop and lightly roasted malt. Well balanced.
The taste features a darker malt flavor--closest to a Red/Amber beer. There's a bit of earthiness but this comes primarily from the hop. The body is neutral while the carbonation is slightly below average. The finish is straight up bitter and leaves a longer aftertaste.
