Pours a crystal clear golden color with a perfectly stable, huge head.
Smells of dried grass, garden herbs, old potatoe peel, fresh cut hay and a lovely note of caramel on top. This smells quite intriguing with a fantastic malt interwoven, rustic hoppiness.
This drinks easy and refreshing with a bubbly, slightly metallic carbonation to it, making this quite sparkly throughout.
Tastes of wet hay, straw, toffee and caramel and a balancing hop dryness. The beer looses a bit of its dryness, finding its balance in the lively, slightly metallic carbonation of the beer, putting its focus a little more on its malt foundation. Therefore the beer finishes with bread crust, wild honey, subtle wheat and a late, lasting hop balance in the aftertaste.
This is quite loveable with a great balance and flavor diversity to it, while drinking simply refreshing at the same time. Certainly a great example of the style.
