On tap at the Green Front Restaurant in Canandaigua, NY.
This one pours a darkish brown/black, with a small head, and not much lacing.
This smells like burnt malt, metal, weak chocolate, and roast.
This just does not work in really any way. The flavor is incredibly thin, and what is there is metallic, kind of stale and sour, and astringently bitter. This is just riddled with off-flavors.
This is light bodied, very watery, and not at all drinkable.
This is my first beer from Square Knot, and I can't say this is a good introduction, even a little bit.
