This was my favorite beer at this brewery my family stopped at during our Christmas trip to Asheville. The place had a nice vibe and good food too.
The beer was poured from tap into a tulip glass. Nitro made this a really beautiful beer. It is a bright clear yellow color with a huge fluffy white head and excellent curtain lacing. Sweet candied fruit and funky yeast smell and taste. It came of like a Belgian tripel with a dank, funky finish. I would get this again.
