Pours a deep red with low, pink head.
Smell is tart with a ton of raspberries and some hints of lime and grass.
Taste is tart with nice acidity. Huge amounts of fresh raspberries dominate with some balancing hints of lime, grass and elderflower.
Mouthfeel is medium, creamy and well carbonated.
Overall, a very impressive sour, great balance.
