Visited on a Saturday afternoon just before dinner. Cal @ VT the night before.
V - An eclectic mix of college students, young hippsters playing board games, old VT alumni and local families. A bit of town. Behind a school. Bright and open with concrete floors and big windows that open on nice days. Next to a cow pasture. The small brew house is right next to the indoor seating. No TVs.
Q - Had the Scottish ale, which was much appreciated but just average. Appropriate and clean glassware is used.
Ser - No table service. They keep your credit card if you open a tab.
Sel - More than just hoppy and sour beers.

Small brewery taproom in a portion of an old elementary school on the west side of town. Long service bar opposite the entrance with a dozen or so tables about the room and more on the patio out front. 13 beers on tap. 24oz crowlers to go. Friendly bartender.
