WINTER ZWICKL (5,4%) - On tap
Already from the appearance (light orange color) and from the scent (tart, honey) it is clear that you are going to drink a "winter" beer, compared to a classic Zwickl Pils.
The malty part is soft and sweet, compared to the crusty bread taste and dry / bitter finish of a classic Zwickl.
Softness given by a hint of honey with a hint of caramel note.
Soft finish in which the hops remain in the background, with an almost non-existent contribution.
