Terrible experience the management just sit there and drink at the bar while they watch severs/cooks struggle. Extremely unprofessional even the owner.

Boise's newest brewery, a little bit out of town, but not too far. Brand spanking new, all shiny, simple wood and steel decor in an alpine lodge like setting. Food is available as well. As they are just startiing up, the taps were limited, but the pale ale was decent. Service was a bit slow, but his may change as they get their operation running.

A fun brewery & restaurant option nestled into the hills north of Boise about twenty minutes, with plenty of bike and walking trails nearby for exploring. The restaurant boasts of fire-cooked pizzas and sandwiches; though I didn't try their pizza (people are raving about the quality of it though), I did try their chicken sandwich is good. The location itself is fairly large and spacious, although the tap selection is limited right now with only one Spring Creek offering on-tap; the rest of the options seem to be other local breweries like Mad Swede. I know it must have been tough to push through and open a brewery & restaurant during COVID, and I plan to visit this location again to support the business; having an option like this off of Highway 55 leaving Boise is pretty cool.

this place has been a long time coming, a shot drive north of eagle past the bike park in a little planned community on the way to horseshoe bend, brand new, been open about a month now, a very cool addition to the local scene. the place is quite large and spacious, you walk in through a small foyer and have an immediate view of the open kitchen including their impressive wood fired oven. the place then opens into a large seating area adjacent to the tanks with a long bar in the back, and they have big patios on two sides of the building, lots of parking, its a great setup. they had just a couple of their own beers on the first time i was in, and only one the second time, apparently they have been busier than expected which is good, but the selection leaves a little something to be desired, even with a couple of local guest taps for the time being. their ipa was downright impressive, lightly hazy, and served with a fresh cascade hop cone in it, it really made an impression on all in our group, and we were bummed when it was out the second time. they also had a black ipa type, an english mild they called calibration to perhaps a first brew, and then a new pale ale the second time, i liked the ones i had but the ipa was the highlight by far. good news is that the food is also amazing, well ahead of bar food, creative and chef driven wood fired pizzas, really good wings, solid vegan options, all very thoughtful and homemade. we had a pizza with spicy chicken sausage, green apple, honey, and habanero peppers on it, and it was legendary. great service too, everyone so nice and friendly, the place has a great energy about it, welcomes dogs outside, and has room for cornhole and other outdoor entertainment. well worth the short drive out of town to check these guys out, i crave their pizza again, and i cant wait to try some more of their stuff when its up and running!
edit: service has really slipped here, and there are some weird elements, like with a brewery this big, why are they always out of half their beers? makes no sense, they cant be that busy and ive never once seen their stuff for sale anywhere but at the brewery, serious out of three or four on our last visit. no printed beer list either is not right for a brewery, and the service was confused and slow even when the restaurant wasnt that busy. they seem to have taken a bit of a step back overall, although i still really like the beers and the patio.
