Crisp, easy drinking and built for the beach, Tidal Creek gives us a casual, undermined ale to meet the moment.
Mostly clear but providing a mild haze, Breezy pours golden blond and with a frothy white cap. As its scent flows onto the nose, hints of light bread, citrus and herb precede a crisp and malty taste of bread, wafer and light honey.
Quickly washing the middle palate, the thirst quenching ale becomes more firm than pilsner but still lager-light with a shift from sweeter malts toward a snappy hop taste of grapefruit and orange peel in classic Americana fashion. As its bitterness grows to meet the dissipating malts, its bitterness sets in to balance the taste and bring a snappy bite to close the session out in refreshing manner.
Light, crisp and highly drinkable, the beer may be shy in flavor but makes up for it in refreshment and thirst quenching properties. It closes medium-light and with a brief aftertaste of grain and herb.

Nice copper color with a thin white head. Nose is like the typical blonde ale, nice medium malty hint with a slight sweetness. Taste is also had a malty taste and slight sweetness that faded. Good beer.

Pours a med frothy creamy 1 finger head with good retention, great lacing, mostly clear slight chill hazed blond color
nose light sweet blonde malt, a little grainy cereal, a touch fruity, with some herbal slight earthy hop character
Taste brings more grainy malt, cereal grain and a little straw, mild sweetness, blonde malt, a touch of fruity character, more herbal grassy hops, with med light bitterness, getting a touch spicy later, dry finish with a bit more spicy herbal hop bitterness
Mouth is med med to a bit higher frothy carb
Overall decent
