Lightly hazed, dark gold in color, with three fingers of off-white head. Moderate retention gives way to webbed lacing.
Somewhat sweet smelling with light hay and sulfur.
Fairly clean tasting, but with a touch of apple-like sweetness. Very light, earthy bitterness in the finish.
Medium bodied with a nice fizz.
Nice bones on this one. Bought an undated crowler from the brewery cooler. Not bad as it is, and I suspect it’s better fresher.
