Ask and you shall receive. Since we released Press On in July, we've had people asking for a stronger NEIPA. Here it is. This 2X NEIPA is dry hopped with cryo Mosaic and DDH with Simcoe. Sweet citrus and resin dominate the aroma of this beer. With love, from me to you.
Hops: Cryo Mosaic, Simcoe; Malts: Pilsner, Oats, Wheat; Yeast: Voss Kveik.

Interestingly enough, we made a transition from tours, with people coming & going seemingly at random times, to three shifts of a solid eight (8) hours. I was assigned Nights (2300 to 0730) & while many on the shift were unhappy, for me it is perfect. I CAN get a lot done during the day while most people are at work + it gives me time to indulge in some beer(s) without feeling rushed or CANcerned about my sobriety when reporting for work. This one is yet CANother new Crowler from them for The CANQuest (tm)!
From the Crowler/CAN: "10-17".
The Crack! & Glug were as indelicate as ever since the CANparatively larger tab tends to fight me during the Crack! & the Glug leads to some dribbling, no matter how careful I may be in CANducting it. This all resulted in the formation of two-plus fingers of dense, foamy, rocky, French Vanilla-colored head with very good retention, leaving a load of lacing in its wake as it slowly fell. Color was a turbid, murky Golden-Amber (SRM = > 5, < 7). Nose smelled deeply of pine with an offsetting orange/ CANgerine sweetness + Simcoe, the naughty kitty, doing her business in the corner. 8=O Mouthfeel was medium with a slick softness on the tongue. The taste was quite bitter, perhaps more so than they had intended? It was fine by & for me, but it was notable, especially for others. The pine flavor was acCANponied by a woodiness as well as a pronounced cattiness. Again, fine by me, but perhaps of interest to/for/by others.
