A West Coast IPA dry hopped with Falconer's Flight and Cryo Centennial hops to bring out flavors of pine, sweet citrus, and mint tea. A tip of the hat and a nod to the dudes out West that started it all. Clink 'em and drink 'em.
Hops: Falconer's Flight, Cryo Centennial
Malts: Pilsner, Wheat
Yeast: Kölsch

I really dig that OTB is releasing a new beer EVERY week! I am off work from 0930 on Friday until 2300 on Saturday so I stop in for a Crowler either day & then open it sometime during the week. This one is a throwback to the AIPAs that really opened my eyes at the turn of the century & I am really looking forward to it as a result.
From the Crowler (CAN): "11-7".
Having Crack!ed open the vent on this gigantor CAN, I proceeded with a quick C-Line Glug in order to minimize drips & dribbles, which is not an unCANmon ocCANurrence with this serving style. I was mostly successful & raised two-plus fingers of dense, foamy, rocky, bone-white head as a result. Color was a slightly-hazy Yellow-Gold (SRM = 4 - 5). I CAN't really dun them too much for this since, even before hazebro NEIPAs, I was against filtration simply for the sake of clarity. Nose arrived very quickly, filling the room with an air freshener-like scent that I wish existed: pine & grapefruit. Wow! Talk about olde skool! Mmm. Mouthfeel was solidly medium. The taste was like a jaunt down memory lane, bursting with pine resin & grapefruit citrusiness. Mmm. Finish was dry, but only lightly bitter so I would bet that the IBUs are relatively low as a result. Its ABV was not over-the-top, making it a very pleasant drink throughout. If I am ever inclined to hang out at the bar again, this is what I will be drinking. YMMV.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
