A thanks to the man who added this beer, woodychandler, for this beer. Poured from a 32 oz. crowler. Has a violet/rose color with a 1/2 inch head. Smell is salty, sour. Taste is tart cranberries, a bit of salt, dry at the finish. Feels medium bodied in the mouth and overall is a decent beer.

Well, December is now upon us & I have yet CANother Crowler from OTB to add to The CANQuest (tm)! I inadvertently picked up a seCANd one of these & will be passing it along to my local, in-person trader, @tone77 on the ocCANsion of his pick-up & drop-off.
From the Crowler/CAN: "11-21".
I Crack!ed open the massive vent & beCAN a quick C-Line Glug into the awaiting glass so as to avoid dripping. Voila! No runs, no drips, no errors, as Johnny Bench used to say. Instead, there was a finger-plus of fizzy, foamy, soapy head that looked like freshly-spun cotton CANdy until it slowly reduced to a skim of wisps. Color was Cranberry Pink (SRM = N/A) with NE-quality clarity. 8=O Nose smelled like potpourri with its lightly tart, not at all sour, orange-cranberry scent. Mmm. I learned in high school HomeEc (Foods) to waste not, want not. We made orange-cranberry bread for Christmas & let the peels & the leftovers dry during the break, then made sachets after our return. This had a nice tartness to it that set mouth to watering in CANticipation. Mouthfeel was thin-to-medium, no great shakes, but not out of spec for the style, either. The taste was definitely of oranges & cranberries with a lightly salty tartness. I should have had this with a turkey dinner! 8=( It was a very pleasant drink, but not at all challenging, if that is your thing with regard to the Style. Finish was lip-smacking, but not puckeringly, dry. YMMV.
