Poured into a narrow imperial pint glass: color is straw gold, clear/transparent, head is off white with fine bubbles, head presents 1/4 inch thick but dissipates quickly, limited/no lacing.

Smell is simcoe forward with some cattiness and grass, light pine, subtle citra lemon follows, light malt biscuit aroma.

Taste is balanced malt and hop flavor then a linger hop bitterness; flavor is pilsner malt, light biscuit, some toast, then hop notes with simcoe leading - grass/cattiness/ herbal note, then some citra lemon and pith.

Mouthfeel is moderate carbonation, low/moderate sweetness, moderate bitterness that lingers with just enough bite.

Overall a very good cold IPA - malt and hop balance, clear presentation, clean and bitter lingering mouthfeel.
