One of two breweries in Burlington and each are within walking distance of each other, I have recently spotted cans of Low Daily available around Milwaukee at a shop I like to frequent. I arrived excited to see what Low Daily had for me. Both the interior and beer garden are large in area, but while seating is adequate overall, there's too much open space in the wings of the taproom and the beer garden. Most people were seated outside, which takes you on a walk through the brewhouse. Out there you see a scattering of tables and a stage, a dull blacktop ground which reminded me of my elementary school days of the asphalt playground my school had, and an ugly chain link fence between you and the train tracks just outside the beer garden, . There's a decent view of the river though. You can order at the bar or from your table through a QR code and have your beer brought to you.

Over 10 different beers pouring, with styles hitting from kölsch, hefeweizen, Hazy IPA, dark mild, 4th Anniversary farmhouse ale, and even a Double IPA. Pours are offered as half-pints and full pints. With that selection, my mouth was watering for the Top Buns Dark Mild; big mistake! Honestly one of the worst taproom beers I've had in my life; served far too cold, taste of rubbing alcohol and melon, little resemblance of a dark mild. Even the glass had many scratches and much residue from water stains. I had to pour half of it out. But there was redemption, and Cowboy Cowboy Hazy IPA helped salvage my trip to Low Daily, a quality and hoppy beer with a clean glass.

Cans are for sale to-go via 4x16oz format next to the bar.

Hopefully you won't have as bad of a first impression as me. If the rest of their lineup is more like Cowboy Cowboy in quality, then Low Daily can join The Runaway and help make Burlington a small destination for beer goers like me. At this moment, I'm going to indulge in other beer to help rid the mental scar caused by my glass of Top Buns.

Low Daily was a breath of fresh air in small town Burlington, Wisconsin. The spacious and modern taproom was dotted with plants both live and artificial, wood beams, midcentury modern furniture, and floor rugs in the cozy back corner. The menu behind the bar was well designed, clean and simple, listing styles and abv. White stone bar top, seats for 8 or so, plus plenty of table/couch seating indoors and outside. The vibe was cool and modern with unique twists, not just a big empty warehouse, it was comfortable and welcoming.

Beer styles ranged from hoppy lagers to stouts, fruit, and hazies. Everything was good quality-wise. A cucumber lime gose was the highlight for me.

Service was great, a co-owner was tending bar and engaged with us about the beers. They were knowledgeable and helpful, which enhanced the experience. They had a strict indoor mask policy in 2020 which was posted on the door and at a kiosk inside. Staff has been great on later visits too.

Overall it was a very positive experience, I would highly recommend Low Daily as a beer destination. Burlington is a quaint small town that makes for a nice weekend getaway from Milwaukee, Chicago, or Kenosha/Racine.

2024: Who craps on a small brewery based off of one beer? Just return it and get something else, tell the staff it seems off. Writing the brewery off is a rookie mistake.

Stopped by on a Friday after work during COVID. Nice airy location, brew kit visible from bar, about six seats at tap with tables and lounge area. Owner indicated they have a beer garden in back. Good selection of beer (approx 10 on tap) with a little bit for everyone (Vienna lager, rice lager, kettle sour, kolsch, DIPA, IRS, etc.)
