Our Kernza Lager is a light lager brewed with Kernza (a perennial wheat) grown by our friends @nativehillfarm.
We used a large percentage (33%) of Kernza for this beer to provide a proper showcase of the grain and then hopped it lightly with Comet and Triumph hops grown by @coloradohopcompany
The result is an easy drinking beer perfect for quenching one's thirst after working a long day on the farm in the hot sun...or while sitting under an umbrella on our patio.
