Served on-tap at the brewery.
Slightly hazy gold with 1-finger white frothy head that falls quickly but leaves solid lacing. Aroma is a little heavy on sulfur-hot dog character but settles to pils malt breadiness and spicy, herbal noble hop notes. Flavor with good solid sharp bitterness which gives way to clean pils malt and medium herbal, spicy noble hops. Clean with appropriate low esters. Feel is okay-good with a little wateriness in the finish. A solid well-brewed lager.
