Look: It pours yellow with a bit of clouding It has a white head with low head retention.
Smell: It has a healthy doughy aroma up front low clove and banana elements. It addition there are light vanilla touches.
Taste: The dough is strong in the flavor with a strong sense of banana and lower amount of cloves. There is a bit of a musty order in the background.
Feel: It has a medium body with a fairly neutral aftertaste.
Overall: The musty flavors and low head for a Hefewiezen just isn't working for me.
