Home keg system into a hefeweizen glass.
A: Pours a thick white, fluffy head, that sticks around for a good bit of time. The body is an orange haze, that has a burst of brightness to it. Lacing is left after each gulp of beer, like layers in geologic time.
S: Nothing over the top unique with the aroma, but the notes that are there they represent a perfect Hefe. Clove and banana are the predominant aromas in this brew.
T/M: A smooth spice on the front, with a silky finish. Not creamy at all, I find this to be crisp, like a true Hefe. A bit of dryness is missing from the mouthfeel. Many of the notes represent that of the aroma. The bold flavors, blend into a nice overall drinking experience. A nice bit of carbonation to this medium body ale. A nice orange blast on the finish. A subtle malt body is present thought.
D: This is a very drinkable beer, I knew that from all the times at the brew pub getting this beer before going for a 1/4th barrel for the home keg system. I could and do drink this Hefe a good but so, I would find it drinkable. A good bit of flavors go well with a bike ride, even refreshing to boot.

Pours a super cloudy hay color with a thick white head. Smells like lemon, coriander, banana, and pepper. Flavor is one dimensional, sweetish banana and lemon. Very full flavored. Medium bodied, on the sweet side of things, smooth, and creamy. Very drinkable but I would appreciate more spice.

What a fine grolwer this is. Probably the best brewpub pour I've ever seen, hazy sunshine orange with a wonderful, rocky head.
Great wheatmalt smell of corriander and spice along with banana.
Starts a little watery along with juicy generic fruit that I can't quite place, moving into banana and ending with cloves and white pepper. A fruit smoothie? No, a tasty beer.
Goes down great. The body is wonderfully creamy. This is an excellent beer by any standards.
