(Served in an American pint glass)
I had to ask the bartender what this beer was and she said it was the Onion Pub Amber. It didn't have a sign or any print info about this one anywhere in the bar.
A- This beer has a warm golden brown body that is pretty clear with a creamy off-white head and no carbonation visible.
S- This beer had a very faint smooth pale malt nose that was dry.
T- The smooth malt flavor was very faint but had a bit of a dry lightly toasted malt flavor. The finish was a soft bitter hop flavor.
M- This beer had a medium mouthfeel with a watery texture. No alcohol or astringency in this one.
D- The beer was served a bit too warm even for cask beer but there was hardly any flavor at all. It really could use a bit more flavor or complexity or something.
