A nice helles lager and perhaps the best beer I had at the Onion Pub.
Appearance: yellow straw with a thin white head that quickly dissipates. Great carbonation streams.
Aroma: Light malts with just a touch of German hops in the finish. Lemon and hay.
Taste: honey, grain, light malt, a pinch of noble hops.
Mouthfeel: Uber light and aggressively carbonated. Slightly dry.
Drinkability: By the bucket load.

(Served in a pilsner glass)
A- This beer pours a faint hazy straw yellow with a thin white film of head. There is a nice tiny carbonation of bubbles that gently rises to the surface.
S- The smell of pale malt has some notes of Munich malt with a faint honeycomb note. There is no real note of hops in the finish.
T- The taste of pale malt and some fresh grain notes finishes with a faint noble hop taste and a slight sweetness. The carbonic acid note on the finish gives a little more hit to the hops.
M- This beer has a light mouthfeel with a fizz texture in the finish.
D- This is a very light non-offensive beer that will please in macro drinker but I would like a bit more flavor in the malt or some hops to add interest.
