Sweet, cloying mess just like our education system
Could that be the reason this beer is called Educator Doppelbock? Pours the a purpled transparent brown with a creamy tan head. Smells like toast. Tastes like caramel and chocolate. Very sweet. Way to light of a body. Almost no body, just water with sugar in it. Fizzy. Dull and offensive. Way too sweet.

(Served in an American pint glass)
A- This beer has a warm brown body with a thin tan head and a very gentle carbonation.
S- The taste of strong toasted malt has a nice soft sweetness to it. No smell of hops noted.
T- The taste of slight sweet pale malt has some darker roasted malt with it and a faint caramel note in the background. As it warms there is a note of chocolate malt in the background also. The finish is very soft bitter noble hops.
M- This beer has a medium mouthfeel with a fizz texture to the finish.
D- This is a nice malty beer and it was nice to taste the different layers and complexity. The sweetness was present but not cloying.
