Collaboration with Beerhead Bar/The Beer Market. Wild Onion is a true Chicagoland OG when it comes to craft beer, and brown ales are some of the “OGs” of ales. Admired by true beer lovers and new beer admirers, we wanted something classic with a relevant twist. So, we added more malt and marshmallows! Draft at Beerhead on February 11, 2020.
