Served in a tall pokal at the brewpub.
While drinking this, I'm watching my Sugar Bowl prediction fall apart very quickly. It (the beer, that is) pours a clear pale straw topped by a finger of white micro-foam. The nose comprises rice, wheat, and a pinch of coriander. The taste holds notes of orange zest, very light caramel, and a touch of wheat. The body is fairly light, with a light moderate carbonation and a dry-ish finish. Overall, a pretty much as-advertised brew, but one that is just too mild, too meek, to really be all that enjoyable.

Sampled 10/7/2010 at the brewpub.
Pours light yellow, clear, tall rocky white head, low lacing and decent retention.
Aroma is of German hops and some malt. Also a touch of grape.
Flavor is kind of like a Kolsch with more bitterness and lighter body. I get touches of grape and a faint hint of cardboard in the back ground. Very dry.
Body is very ligth and effervesent. Drinkability suffers only slightly due to excessive bitterness.
Tick.
