Tasted in a snifter from draft at the Onion Pub. Look is clear deep gold, medium head and some lingering lacing. Smell is citrus and tropical fruit, floral and sweet honey. Taste is bitter and sweet citrus fruit, banana notes and hints of sweet pineapple. Feel is light to medium in body with a dry finish.

Served in a tulip/snifter at the brewpub.
Another rainy day, another excuse to try a new Onion beer. This one pours a clear golden amber topped by a finger of cream-white foam. The nose comprises lemon zest, orange peel, greens, light flowers, honey, grapefruit zest, and light pineapple. The taste brings in more of the same, along with some toffee, some dark greens, and a slightly tarter pineapple flavor near the finish. The body is a rather light medium, with a moderate carbonation and a pretty dry finish. Overall, a very nice Belgian-inspired brew. Kinda reminds me of Duvel in a way, though without a good portion of the Belgian character. Had that character been there, this would have probably been outstanding.
