mperial Buffalo Milk Chocolate Porter (Alcohol 7.5%), with buffalo milk whey, lactose and cocoa.
Drank in September 2020, expiration date reported 07/2021.
Roasting and cocoa on the nose.
Impenetrable black color, creamy foam that remains soft even for 2 minutes before disappearing.
Very drinkable body (almost a bit watery for an Imperial Porter).
In the mouth the bitter cocoa is predominant, with a not exaggerated "iron/metallic tip.
Almost creamy sensation that lightens both the body and the flavor.
The alcohol content, the 7.5% alcohol content are not felt.
It flows off easily.
Once swallowed you feel a sensation of fullness, but in the mouth it has a really light body (a little too much ?!).
On the other hand, the taste is absolutely pleasant, particular (with that feeling of "creamy" but which does not fall on the artificial) but also rather balanced in taste.
What it lacks is an Imperial Porter body, but on a taste level it is a great product.
